The Pier Fishing with Heroes: Disabled Veteran & Wounded Warriors Fishing Jamboree is set for May 16, 2026 at 7:00 PM at Rodanthe Pier (2151 Atlantic Dr, Rodanthe, NC). This incredible event is completely free for all participating veterans, with food, refreshments, and an awards banquet to follow — all in honor of those who have sacrificed so much.

This year, we are proud to host 49 wounded and disabled veterans who are looking forward to a meaningful tradition: fishing together on the water, building camaraderie, and enjoying a night dedicated just to them.

Now here’s where you come in.

We’re actively seeking community sponsors to help make this event possible. Your support helps cover meals, equipment, event costs, and ensures each veteran has a first-class experience they’ll never forget. Sponsoring a veteran is more than a donation — it’s a direct way to say thank you.
